The fee doesn’t include the cost of accommodation.

Lecturer registration fee includes:

  • Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions
  • Oral presentation
  • Book of abstracts  in electronic form
  • Coffee and lunch breaks
  • Conference Dinner
  • Abstract publication in the recommended journal

Standard/student registration fee includes:

  • Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions
  • Book of abstracts in electronic form
  • Coffee and lunch breaks
  • Conference Dinner

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Conference dinner and participation to a program which will be defined.

Company promotional package includes: 

  • Free participation for 1 person at the events connected to the symposium (conference, welcome cocktail, lunch, official dinner).
  • Free advertisement (1 page) in one of the issues of The Romanian Foundry Journal in 2023 (polychrome or B&W, article or advertise).
  • Booth in the lobby of the conference hall consisting of a desk, two chairs and 4 display panels.

Post symposium program 1 includes:

  • City tour Bucharest with visiting of the most interesting points.
  • Transfer.

Post symposium program 2 includes:

  • Bucharest – Sinaia – Brasov (overnight in Brasov) / Thursday, 18.05.2023.
  • Brasov – Bran – Bucharest or International airport / Friday 19.05.2023.
  • Accommodation (18-19/05).
  • Dinner in Brasov.
  • Transfer.

 

Methods of payment

Payments should be done by bank transfer to the ATTR account in maximum 7 days after receiving the invoice but not later than April 30th, 2023. All payments must be made in EUR or RON.
